Clients will receive a phone call before delivery is attempted.

For client’s who lives in an estate where commercial vehicles and motorcycles can not enter, please note that you will have to have to receive your order at your estate gate.
Urgent orders can only be delivered at the next available delivery time if the client is not willing to pay for express delivery charges.
Delivery agent will not deliver client’s order to neighbor or the security.
We will not be responsible for any damages; if the client insists that the order should be delivered to the neighbor or the security.
